Ordering From Oh So British
Orders can be placed through our website at ohsobritish.com.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices displayed on our website.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Your order is accepted when we send you confirmation that it has been processed and is being prepared for dispatch. At this point, a contract is formed between you and Oh So British Confectionery Ltd.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and issue a full refund where payment has already been taken.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where it is reasonable to do so, including pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity.
