If you change your mind or no longer require your item, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items, and the original delivery charge may not be refundable.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, some items such as perishable food products, personalised items and digital products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
All approved returned items must be unused, in their original condition and securely packaged.
